Q. Do you provide sharpening services?

Yes, we provide knife sharpening services at our retail store.


Q. What is your return/refund policy?

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the day of item delivery (based on courier status) and we require the original proof of purchase.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers will be responsible for covering the full return shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return/refund include: Customized items (Blade + Handle installation), engraved items and Sale items.


Q. Can I Pre-order an item?

Pre-orders are definitely possible and also comes with a more attractive discounted price, however a full pre-payment will be required and pre-orders cannot be cancelled once item has shipped out to us.

Please contact us should you be interested to pre-order any items, either from items that are out-of-stock or from Hitohira-Japan.


Q. Taxes on International Shipping?

We do not cover import taxes in you respective country for international shipments.


Q. Ordering Out of stock items

If you would like to purchase an item that is out of stock, please kindly drop us an email and we will do our best to bring it in the next shipment if it's still available.
