NSK Kogyo Diamond Stones
The Kyokuha Series are an excellent choice for newer sharpeners, or sharpeners just getting into diamond stones. They are relatively softer than the Hakuto Series but cuts very fast nonetheless, their grit accuracy and consistency is also great, and they work well for all ranges of steels and hardness.
The Kyokuha Diamond Stones don’t produce mud during sharpening, making it easier to keep track of the progress of work you’re doing. Additionally, each stone comes with a ‘resurfacing wafer’, meant to be used after flattening to return the surface of your diamond stone to optimal.
